I want to open this discussion to see how many of you eat pork while on your diet. I have read in a musclemag that Pork tenderloin is pretty lean piece if meat. I look it up on calorie king and it shows that a 6 oz cut is about 279 cal. 8.2g fat, 47.8g protein. Thats not bad at all!! And it depends on how you cook it and what your grams of fat and protein are per meal. Lets hear your thoughts!!
