Depends on your cycle. Many cycles don't require HCG for PCT.

Most guys will get testicular shrinkage from ASS. Clomid alone often is not enough. The lutenizing hormone does not kick in test production because of atrophy. HCG will keep the size of ur testicle in tact and this will enable LH to better kick in test production. LH spikes rather quickley naturely after quitting AS.....the key is to avoid testicular shrinkage to better allow those 2 weeks of clomid to do their job. I think HCG is the MOST IMPORTANT addition to keeping ur gains!
