post cycle

lets say im comin off of a 12 week cycle of deca 500mg/week. What would be the best thing to do to try to keep as much of the weight that i gain... Help me out fellas i need some ideas ...Thanks

Hey I would say three weeks after your last injection of Deca take some Nolvadex 20 mg ED for three weeks. Maybe some clomid 50 mg ED for the same time. HCG would be nice for the first week of PCT to jumpstart the boys but I have personally never tried it, and so far have maintained most of my gains from cycles except for the water bloat. There are many designs for PCT all over meso which one is best, who knows, alot depends on who you are talking to.
