Hi there! I havent been on here for a lloonnggg time! Anyhoo, Ive been consistently lifting and running a few cycles (mostly Primo and winstrol) in the last couple years with good results. I competed twice, won once (Figure Masters 55+). Anyways, this year I had a hysterectomy (uterus yeet, kept ovaries it was lapropscopic surgery)that actually happened quite suddenly but I am much better now! I lost 10 lbs of mass, and was looking quite skinny-fat! My doc cleared me to lift at 6 weeks (I had been doing a little bit, just what was allowed, no lower body work). I worked back up for about 4 weeks and then decided to jump on a Var cycle for 8 weeks. It really worked and helped me get strength snd muscle back! Im still not quite where I want to be, but I feel confident moving forward on the path to building even more muscle! I am taking HRT estrogen and have been even prior to surhery. So if any of you ladies are facing a hysterectomy, dont worry, you will bounce back!
