Yeah def a hyper responder and found that out through a bunch of trial and error. 5iu nightly gave me horrid cubital tunnel and numb hands.
 
My IGF-1 has been from 50 to 130 and I've gone up to very high doses of GH. Up to 36IU. I think using tren with GH is what has prevented me from getting that leathery acromegalic thick droopy facial skin and other side effects.

Tren keeps my IGF-1 conversion in the shitter. Zero hand or foot growth. Most GH cardiac risks are IGF-1–mediated as well....

Yet I have been able to get pretty big, so clearly it hasn't affected muscle growth negatively.

used up the 100mg kit of tesa with some ipa on most days.
Come to think of it, 202 was after using 2-3 vials of cjc+ipa of 5+5.

while using tesa, didn't feel anything, didnt help sleep much, if at all. don't think i lost much fat. definitely didn't lose weight.
my strength did go up, but not sure how much of it was due to tesa. Was not on calorie deficit, but wasnt much higher than maintenance either. Ate fairly clean nutritious food, with lots of protein and good fat. Overall, I'm happy with the gains over past 3 months, irrespective of if it was due to tesa or not.

I've since switched to hgh. started with a few days of 1iu pre bed and 1 iu in the AM pre-workout (after a small meal and couple of whole eggs) .
I've gradually ended up at 2iu pre bed and 1iu pre workout.
my goal is to lose 10-12lb of fat this year to get to 12% bodyfat and hopefully gain 10lbs of muscles.

since hg, for the first time in my adult life, I've slept for 8hours on 4 consecutive days and for the first time since I've started using a smart watch, I've had 6 days of 80+ scores (I've had very few 80+ scores ever, and no 90+ ! 3 of these 6 were 85+ ) !

sleep was fine even at 1.33ius. infact, it came down on 2ius, but that was because i was late to bed, not due to increased dose. i might reduce the night time dose and increase pre-workout dose to get more muscle gains out of hgh.


Have learned a lot about gh timing here, especially from @Ghoul. thanks everyone.
Will update after next tests.
