I haven't seen that. Mine's kind of just evolved over time. I just switched to almond milk and blueberries recently.

Stevia would be worth consideringHaven't had that. I just get the regular blueberries at Kroger. I was using skim milk, an apple and a banana, but I'm getting my sugar intake down a bit. The taste is actually better this way anyway.
I throw whole eggs in mine, bout 3 of them.@Wunderpus @Perrin Aybara
Had no clue that egg whites could go in a shake! It got to be pasteurized or something right? Otherwise it would need to be cooked think.

That sounds almost like my daily shake except I use
2 cups almond milk
1/3 carton egg whites
1 cup blueberries
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup kale
1 cup spinach
2 scoops whey
I split it into two shakes though.
Whole wheat oat flour is an awesome convenience. Mixes well cold, even in shakers. Great for on the run shakes, and more palatable than whole oats. More expensive too though.
This is what I'm gonna a do when I start my cycle. Been running low carbs for a while, just waiting to heal up, but this new blender is the shit
