Post workout carbs while dieting

Hey guys I am trying to decide the best thing to do as far as my simple carbs after working out and doing cardio while dieting. I usually take in around 50-60g sugar from gatorade or yogurt, plus my 50g whey. I weigh 180 at around 7-8 percent bf. I am taking in 2000 cal a/day and just added my cytomel and clen. I have been losing pretty steadily but has started to slow. If you have any advice as to whether or not eliminating my carbs or post workout meal completly would be helpful or more harmful please give me our advice.

I have been dieting. I dropped roughly 15 lbs over about 5 weeks just dropping calories. Then I thought I'd add eca, which I did. I'm about 3 weeks into the eca use and last week I started a post workout shake w/ dextrose. I'm all of a sudden holding water like crazy. I was starting to get fairly lean before the pwo shake. I allowed for the extra carbs/calories of the shake and everything. I'm either going to drop the sugar, or start cardio, cause the results so far are counter productive.

I should also mention that most of my water is probably coming from the creatine I started using pwo, with the shake. It's creatine ethyl ester, which isn't supposed to cause water retention, but I'm doubting that's true now. I added the creatine because after weeks of dieting I felt really depleated and needed something to help my workouts. Maybe sugar alone would be ok. Bob Smith recently posted a good thread about pwo carbs. Check it out.

Thanks for your relpy beefy, I think you are right about the creatine being the cause of your water retention. I used to it is also but just didn't care for the look of all the extra water
