Power lifter new to forums

Hey everyone I joined here to learn as much as I can. I've done a few cycles with test cyp and will be looking at other compounds to stack with it in future cycles. I came here to seek advice from people other than my local gym rats.
 
Thanks guys! I was in the power lifting section earlier today and seen some posts about Sheiko! I've been running sheiko for the last year so I'm excited to see others doing it as well!
 
What's your stats?

34 yrs old
6'1 235lbs
25% body fat(not happy about that but don't want to lose strength)
Tried to get TRT the right way and was denied. Quest labs I was 446 total and 66 free test.
I've been power lifting for about 2 years

Wasn't 100% sure what stats you wanted so let me know if I missed anything!

Squat, bench and deadlift. The only stats that matter, lol.
 
Lmao I had a feeling I was way off

Just got 405 on squats last Thursday
305 bench with a 2 second pause
495 dead lift (Texas dead lift bar)

My stats in your intro? Well, I haven't maxed since my last meet, but going by recent gym lifts I'm high 400's squat with sleeves, mid 500's squat with wraps, very close to 405 paused bench and low 600's deadlift. Last meet I was just short of 1500lbs total at 198lbs. I've put on some weight since then. 5'10" in shoes, 33 years old, bodyfat not sure, but can still see abs.

Anyway, nice to meet you. Always glad to see new powerlifters here. Stick around and check out the powerlifting section.

Nice! I forgot to mention my squat was in knee sleeves. In the next few months I will start using wraps. I've tried them once and honestly had an anxiety attack or something. My buddy who I train with wrapped my knees so damn tight I couldn't feel anything below them. I got under the bar and unracked it and started falling backwards. My buddy pushed me back into the rack and just like that I was soaked in cold sweat. It was my most embarrassing gym moment to date. That being said I've corrected a few issues with my squat form since then. I wear adi power squat shoes and was rocking back with my hips before descending. I now break with my knees first and no rocking back. This has helped staying upright in the hole as well.
