I wanted to start out by saying hello to everyone and this is the first thread I've started on Meso so any feedback wouldbe greatly appreciated. I have been on a steady regiment of lifting as heavy as possible and I am now getting into uncharted territory for myself. Next chest day I plan to go up in bench to 500 lbs. Currently 420 at 5 reps is no problem. My question is at this weight what equipment should I use? I currently have wrist supports but should I be using elbow sleeves as well. The only poor form I use is to keep my head up during (off the bench) Is this bad pratice at this weight. Keep in mind I do not bounce the weight nor arch my back. Simple question but very important to me.
