Powerlifting strength cycle

Hey guys, I'm currently sitting at 5'11 230 and I compete in the 220 weight class. I'm just looking to put together a cycle mainly based on strength, I've bulked up and loaded with dbol and high test before but never messed with anything else. I've done some research and it seems like I might want to go with a high tren low test cycle but i don't know for sure. Any previous cycles guys have ran or tips or anything really would be of great help. I've ran three cycles (currently on my third) the first two were just basic 500mg a week of test e with basic pct protocol for 12 weeks, and the one I am running now is the same just with dbol the first four weeks at 50mg ed. My lifts are at 575 squat, 435 bench, and 635 deadlift. Thanks for the help guys.
 
How much of each would you recommend then? Because I have read that if you use high tren high test the sides are insane.. and I like staying somewhat moderate with my usage.
 
The sides vary from person to person, you may get them and you may not. Start low and work up to whatever you can tolerate.

I worked up to 700mg/week of tren ace (100mg every day) along with 700mg/week of test cyp and the only sides I had were heartburn and smelly night sweats. Strength gains were phenomenal.
 
I tried high test high tren, didn't enjoy. Terrible heart burn, insomnia was way more of an issue, and just an over all lack of feeling "good" if you will. I found my sweet spot to be 600 tren and 300 test. Could have probably played with those doses a little but I felt good there so I stuck with it till the end. Also used dbol mid way thru once everything was level and kicking to test the claimed synergy with tren. Really liked it, I was full and strong. I've heard anadrol with tren is the shit if you like anadrol and tolerate it well. I may try that down the road.
 
Awesome guys thanks. Also another question, I'm battling a nagging shoulder injury, do you think low dose of deca would be beneficial especially with the constant heavy lifting?

Maybe. I wouldn't bother personally bc I haven't used nandrolone yet, and wouldn't throw it on top of test tren and an oral, at least not for a first run with it. A lot of guys I know outside of forums say the joint thing is overstated with deca anyways, but of your personal experience says otherwise I'd say that trumps anything I can tell u. Ultimately your call.
