So I have never done something like this and I'm not sure if I'm even going about it right but I'm going to try. First thing I'd like to do is admit that when I first came on here I never properly introduced myself so I apologize for that and would like to now. I'm 37 and have always been in decent shape because of my job so I never really committed to the gym life. I had kids young and have been a worker ever since. All I did was work to make ends meet so not much time for myself. On my 33rd birthday I moved out because my now ex wife wanted a divorce. Took a year to get my shit together. I joined a gym and found therapy in the steel. Took a little bit to get into it but haven't looked back. After about a year I finally stepped into this world for the first time and loved it. It wasn't until I found meso did I really come to love the gym world as a whole. Ok enough gay shit let's get to the log. The above pics are pre blast from last week. I'm 5'7" 200 lbs. I've been working out again for about 3 weeks after a few months off because of work. I started my cycle on the 15th with a little less than 2 ml just to check for pip. On Monday the 17th I started ed injections. I brewed all three compounds to dose at 1ml@100mg. I have about 15% overdose on each but to keep things easy I'm just going to base it all on 100mg. This past week I was injecting .5/.75/.75. Will continue this week at same ed/dose. So far only two things to note. One I feel fucking great. Two I'm sleeping like shit. No sweats but very restless. I'm following Arnold's blueprint to cut on bodybuilding.com. Thought I had my diet down pretty good but ended up at 204 at the end of the week so definitely going to up cardio. Wouldn't mind going up in weight if I saw the fat coming off but so far no good. I will make weekly posts but if any one reads this please feel free to comment offer advice or whatever. Like I said I'm new to this so I'd like to give and get the best results. If anyone comments on the worlds worst farmers tan you can go fuck yourself I literally work on a farm. Lol. Hope to hear from you all.

It takes a lot of courage to do a log I'm glad you have decided to do one bro.
All that I could really add right now is that diet is king. once you get your diet fine tuned and remain committed to busting your ass in the gym the aas will really start to shine for you .
Just remember when you think you don't have anything left to give do 3 more.

Thanks bro. Means a lot to me. The five fundamentals of working out getting in shape losing weight whatever are this. Diet. Diet. Exercise. Rest. Patience. Those words are the foundation for every fitness goal. Definitely going to do my best on the diet end. My problem isn't eating clean it's when and how much. That's where I fuck up. 11 weeks to go so hopefully I can get this shit show of a body lookin like brown and white carved stone. Well maybe not that extreme.

So this is the start of week 3. I'm at 201. I've been slowly increasing my dose and today I'll level off at 50/60mg Test. 75mg tren. 100mg mast. Every day except Sunday. I'm taking .25 adex ed but may slowly back that off to eod. To be honest I don't see or feel much but it's early still. I took 3 months off because of work and definitely lost strength. Size and weight was still there but the strength I had through the winter was gone. I only had about two weeks or so to get the weights moving again before I got back on cycle. So even with the cycle going I'm still pretty sore after a workout. I may start logging weights. As for sides my only complaints are some restless sleep and some heartburn which just started. No night sweats just fucking restless. Any thoughts or comments feel free to say.
 
I would advise you to get to 10% BF without juice and then hit it.

Ouch. Nah it's all good I hear ya. I would think that I'm some where in the mid teens body fat percentage. First my pics suck. Second I look a lot better in person. For some reason I have always carried some extra body fat. Even when I have been down to 175-180 I always still carry around the waist. I fucked my leg up bad when I was a kid. You can see it in the pics if you look. Limits what I can do. So because of the pain I tend to stay away from cardio which has just gotten worse over the years. I can work around it but since I've never been much of a runner or anything it's that much harder to get my ass in gear to do an alternative source of cardio. I think my ultimate goal is to lean out but still have my size. I just don't know if I have the will to shred. It's fucked up to because I do eat pretty clean but at night I over eat and can over do it with the drinking sometimes. I will continue this path as best I can for the remainder of my cycle and see where I land. The one thing for sure is come the winter I'm not going to "bulk". I'm going for solid gains. Not just size.
 
I made pretty good gains without any cardio, but it was quite a discipline in the kitchen:-)
You can check my progress in my cycle log, I was looking for solid gains without too much bulk.
My idea behind it was quite simple, get to 10 or below 10% BF and then nice basic component cycle.
Solid gains overall, just by workout and diet, cardio was almost non existent.
So i'ts possible, you just gotta have the willpower.
So I'd say you should sort out your diet in order to get much better results.

Thanks bro that means a lot. I didn't mean to just drop a bunch of pics and run. I'm at work and thought I had a free moment. Never works out that way. I'll be honest I took what @Samael said a little to heart. In a good way though. I may be over 10% body fat but I'm also pretty muscular too. I agree 1000% percent though. If I was under 10 I'd look sick but I think that's some good lookin pics for a 37 year old. So I'm coming to the end of week 3. I can't say too much about strength. It's moving up but nothing spectacular. Sides aren't bad. Still having some restless sleep but the heartburn seems to be a little better. Trying to control that with diet. Still have glutamine in my amazon cart ready to go just in case. Thanks to @Roger rabbit for that one. That guys awesome. Last time on tren e I had the craziest night sweats at 600mg a week and my strength was crazy. Now I'm on tren a 450ish a week and no real complaints other then restless sleep and not having the strength but I know it's early still. To be honest I'm not sure if it's low dosed or just the fact that I have my test lower and tren higher I'm getting in a good sweet spot. It's hard to tell. I have a long way to go and it's only been 3 weeks. Maybe I'm just being impatient. I do know one thing. I feel great. Well being is way up and I think my girl friend is getting sore. Starting Monday I'm going to cut back a little on adex. Maybe go to .25 eod. I'm hoping to get blood work in a few weeks. Any one have any info on what panel I should try and get with test tren mast as my compounds. I know there is a whole shit load of tests but I'm looking for basic info that's related to what I'm running. Don't want to spend to much just to get blood work.

Take magnesium 500 mg eod or e3ds.

Yeah dieting down 10 % would be better but sometimes it doesn't hurt to get it started a go from there.
I'm lucky I never have a problem with fat but I have to eat like a animal to make gainz

No night sweats just fucking restless. I had night sweats when I was on tren e awhile back. I really don't have much to complain about. The weird part is the fact that I'm not getting any crazy sides is what's bothering me if that makes any sense. Like I said I have a ways to go still so I guess I'll see where I'm at in the end. Thanks for the info though. I'll keep it in mind for the future.

God damn farmers tan. Was finally able to get a day off and hit the beach for like 6 hours. Needed the relaxation as well as evening out my dumb tan. Totally had sex with my girl too on the beach. Which was fucking awesome. Quite possible there were some watchers too but it's not my fault I'm a walking fucking hardon. People just don't understand when you're on a G of juice. They should be more understanding. Lol.
 
Before I forget I just wanted to put this out there. @purplepandalabs this log is for you and your products. I know you are doing fine on your own but here is a little real world results on what you offer but mostly this is for me. It will force me to stay the course and hopefully in the end have a nice little history of what I was able to accomplish. I also want to say thank you to anyone that likes or comments on this log. Good or bad post up brothers. This is my community as much as yours and I'm glad to be here. You guys are awesome.
