Let me start by saying I've never run anything.
Was planning on doing first cycle starting in July so got my pre bloods
Surprised/disappointed to find the results say I have low test. Liver tests and BUN also came back high which has me worried.
Anyone know why my liver tests are so high?
Little background:
-5'9", 166 lbs when blood drawn
-Competed in first show in May at around 160 lbs then, got bodyfat down to 7.6% during that time according to bod pod (not the most accurate but I was definitely in the 7.5-9% range at least)
-Did not crash diet or anything for the show. Actually never dropped below 2k calories. Slowly increased cals since trying not to blow up overeating post show and getting fat
-workout 6 days a week still. Cardio of sprints or stairmaster every other day in addition to the lifting
-1.5-2 hours lifting each day. 30 min cardio if cardio is done.
-Don't drink alcohol at all. Haven't had a sip in like 3 years. Rarely drank when younger.
-Clean diet with lots of veggies (broccoli, asparagus, zucchini, etc)
-Tend to have a high protein diet. Macros currently around 240 G protein at the time blood was drawn which could explain the high BUN
-Before the contest was never below 170 lbs. usually ranged 170-190, higher bf with higher weight obviously.
Not sure how much any of this matters, just trying to paint a complete picture in case it matters
Don't feel tired or show symptoms of low T in any way. As far as I know totally healthy, no issues with anything.
Strength has been low in the gym lately but chalked it up to a few nagging injuries plus dieting to a lower than normal weight.
No idea why liver tests are so terrible.
I'm wondering now if I should still run a cycle with the liver values so high. Or is it a massive risk based on the blood work?
I'm also wondering should I try to get on trt (are they even low enough to ask?) since the test is low and hold off on any cycle and just do trt?
Advice on where I should go from here or ability to shed light on the liver tests would be great if anything stands out.
