Pre capped vials

How does one get the caps on vials that are say for example come from qsc..where you pop them off. Is there a way to get these on vials after you fill them up?

Odd question I know but I'm used to buying sterlized cap vials where I fill them up via syringe filter.

Buy some 16ga 1.5in BD needles. It takes no time at all to get the stuff out for re-filtering then rebottle with fresh hardware and sterilize again.

I wish someone would spring and get an in depth test done of QSC oils just to see exactly what is in there.
