Pre cycle bloods

Just received the results of my blood work. I will soon begin my first cycle, planning on 600mg/week of test e.

Everything is within “normal” range, but I’m wondering if there is anything I should expect or be prepared for based on these results.

Obviously my test and estradiol will increase but I’m curious if this gives any clues as to my propensity for aromatization or anything like that

My LH is near the low end
Total test is 570
Estradiol is 15

Thanks

Nice job getting baseline bloodwork before you cycle. Seems most miss that step. But only thing I would say is it would of been nice to see your free testosterone levels. Were only getting half the picture with just the total. The estradiol test is worthless unfortunately. You need a sensitive E2. Your LH and FSH look fine though.

If your worried about aromatizing to much you don’t have to do test only for a first cycle. You could do something like test/mast or test/anavar all at low amounts. You won’t have to take a AI and probably get better results with less side effects.

Ok, when I get my mid cycle bloods done I’ll get “estradiol ultra sensitive”, or should it explicitly say “E2”?

Estradiol by LC/MS/MS

It’s a little more expensive.

The normal one is designed to detect estradiol levels in women, which are higher than men so it’s not sensitive enough to be accurate at the levels men usually have. It will help you dial in your AI dose (if you need it at all) on your first cycle and give you a good idea of what you need if testosterone is higher or lower.

You did great getting pre-cycle bloodwork! This is the single most important blood test you’ll ever have. Now you have something to compare all your post cycle bloodwork test results to after PCT.
