Pre cycle bloodwork - some low/high

Hey there guys - it occurred to me I think I posted initially in the wrong subforum.. so here is what I posted:

Hey guys - long time lurker first time poster here. I have been following this board and many others and decided I wanted to start posting.. especially after my pre bloods.

I recently took my pre cycle bloodwork prior to starting a test e only cycle (500 mg/12 wk with hcg and proper pct. I have a few high and low readings that I am both curious what you guys have to say, and what my doctor will say.. Specifically about WBC and prolactin.

I had to fast for the BW and decided it'd be smart to hit the gym hard the night before.. I took the preworkout Jack3d, crushed the gym, then realized I had to fast so I only had a post workout protein shake I believe.. I am quite curious to know if that could alter any BW as I know it seriously rips up the body. I effectively went to sleep with an empty stomach and the following came in low or high. Please let me know what everyone thinks:

WBC 3.3 3.3 LOW 3.4-10.8 x10E3/uL 01
BUN 22 22 HIGH 6-20 mg/dL 01
BUN/Creatinine Ratio 26 26 HIGH 9-20 01
% Free testosterone 4.57 4.57 HIGH 1.50-4.20 % 02
***(remaining T levels were normal, but serum level were kind of low end of normal - 372)
Prolactin 3.8 3.8 LOW 4.0-15.2 ng/mL 01
Insulin-Like Growth Factor I 335 335 HIGH 98-282 ng/mL

I have attached 2 photos of the labwork so it can be easily compared to what I have posted above.. The only real concern I have in the bloodwork currently is WBC and Prolactin.. I believe igf-1 was temporary although I feel like having higher than normal IGF-1 can be viewed as good based on what I've read about it.. I welcome any criticism to my thinking.. Please see below and above and thank you in advance.

whats your age?
How long have you been off cycle? What was your pct and hcg protocol?

Your wording is kind of confusing. This is pre cycle bw but youre saying you've already finished the cycle and/or on it?

BUN = Blood Urea Nitrogen, The liver produces urea as a waste product of the digestion of protein. Can be elevated from high protein diet.

High BUN/creatinine ratio can be elevated from something as simple as dehydration.

We're u recently sick or cold? Could be why u have low WBC.

What other meds were u taking for AI/PCT? Were u taking caber? That can lower prolactin n increase gh/igf1.

1. I am 29 with roughly 10% BF.
2. I'm sorry - It's pre cycle and have NOT run a cycle yet. I'll be starting my first cycle December 1st roughly.

Upon re-reading I realize the wording is kind of poor/confusing.. For sake of ease here is the cycle I intend to be running if everything is in check by 12/1/17:

Wk 1-12 Test E 500
Wk 3-18 Aromasin 12.5mg EOD (will modify accordingly..Have seen starting from wk 1 and wk 3.. I like the idea of waiting for ester to be kicking in.. May start Wk 2 to be safe).
Wk 11-14 HCG 1000 iu/wk (debating running 250 iu twice a week while on cycle)
Wk 15-18 PCT
-Clomid 50/50/25/25
-Nolva 40/40/20/20

For PCT I've read that Clomid and Nolva can be run this low, or 100 clomid/50 nolva.. Will modify if needed.

So it's clear:
1. This is my first cycle
2. I'm 29 yo with ~10% BF
3. I am not running cycle until things are in check.. a little cold won't stop me, but if WBC/Prolactin is out of whack due to other variants I'd be concerned slightly.

BUN and BUN/creatinine ratio didn't concern me much as a quick search showed that high protein causes this at times and I definetly eat a lot of protein.

I live in a very cold climate state so it's likely I have a mild cold.. Thing is I literally never can tell. I just always assume I'm not sick unless it's blatantly obvious. Lately the weather has changed and I think it is very possible that it has altered my immune system from simply being sick.

No other meds - I haven't even gone on cycle yet.. See above response to @staynattybruh

The low prolactin and high IGF-1 is confusing to me. WBC and Prolactin both being low I feel are directly correlated .. and probably why IGF-1 is high? I'm getting an actual physical on Tuesday and I'm going to bring up bloodwork nonchalantly but I can't imagine what it all is..Can they be related to something as simple as a headcold or minor flu? I've only heard of WBC being altered, but I'm sure more happens in the body than that
