Pre-Intra-Post workout nutrition HELP

Guys,

My daily routine is as such. wake up 430am head to the gym with pre-work. work out for solid 2 hours. post workout shake consist of 2 scoops of muscle Pharm protein 50g of protein 1 scoop of dextrose 46g of carbs/suger for the insulin spike and 1 scoop of maltodextrin 36g of carbs. when i get home and shower i eat a big breakfast 1.5cup of egg whites oatmeal fruit eat. My question is is my body getting broke down to much during work out since i don't get anything be for i train. I don't like to get drink protein or anything before because i don't feel like my pre workout does anything with something in my stomach and working out so early i need that itch feeling from the beta- alanine to get going. what should i do intra workout? I ordered alfa amino from cellucore for intra work out is that enough? suggestions.
 
why dont you switch to the evening then!i hate early work outs.i need couple meals before i train.
you gotta experience with different things and times to fine what works best.every one is different. if theres a will theres a way

I don't do that because I have kids and by the time I get home from work and go tot the gym I wouldn't see them and being a dad is way more important. I feel great during the workouts. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing more harm than good. By not eating befor hand.
 
You can add protein/aminos and powder carb source to all three, pre intra and post wo
That's what I was wondering. Since I have that post workout shake will having a intra shake as well be to much for my body to digest and piss everything out since they are so close together?

You are totally fine not eating anything preworkout as long as it isn't hampering your workout to not have food in your belly. If you feel like ou don't have enough energy during the workout because of lack of food do your preworkout shake and then right before you go into the gym eat 2 tbsp of peanut butter.

I like them shaker bottles i need to get one of those mammoth jugs
 
Why you gotta do that to me you must know I have a serious gear problem and I'm a recovering addict, thought I was going into remission but my sobriety is over now had to buy it :oops:

I feel you. I am a gear whore too. You should see my whore bag :)
