Pre-workout Charge-up

I firmly believe that I am a person who really needs a pre-workout lift up. Without something to really get me going, I can never seem to crank out those reps with the same intensity and fury as when I get something good prior to workouts. The following is my pre-workout intake:


7:00am wake up and take 1 scoop Power Drive powder in water


7:00am 2 tabs of Potassium/Magnesium Aspartate


7:30am 1 packet of Mesotech Protein powder by Muscletech, 3 eggs, 1 Banana, 1 glass OJ



8:00am 1 Tab of Ephedrine HCL 25mg, 1 Aspirin, 1 Caffiene pill


8:30am workout




I feel this stack works ok, but I'd like to hear about the stacking that you fellas/ladies are also doing, and how I could better my pre-workout recipe.

I just eat an MRP about an hour or two before hand (usually). The problem with taking the ephedrine (which I am not against) is that when you lift your BP is elevated and the ephedrine can exagerate this increase in your BP. Over time this can and will cause unnecessary strain on your heart. I sometimes will take some form of caffeine before I train, if I am dragging butt or if it is after work. For years I used to take the ECA stack before training, but it's probably better to be intense without it. IMO
