I'll post it openly because it may be beneficial to someone else.
Obviously, the first thing I did was clean up my eating. The first month or two, I was at school, so it was turkey sandwhiches that I ate primarily. At home during the summer, my diet was something very similar to:
2 big bowls of Cheerios
Milk
probably a bananna or two
2 lunchmeat sandwhiches(real lunchmeat, if there's such a thing, not that packaged bullshit. The stuff you have to get the angry bitches to cut for you)
Little bag of goldfish crackers or pretzels
2 banannas
"Energy bars" (is what they were called. Merely a hunk of whole grain bread with fruits and nuts in it.)
Usually a bunch of dead pheasant or chicken. Typically stir-fryed and served with rice.
sometimes i would eat a little ice cream, too.
