Preserving youthfulness while on cycle

Does juicing really age your face? If so wouldn’t all the bodybuilders on stage look old? Idk, if it does it’s probably very minimal at best.
Depends lol, some look very old, some who dont use crazy ass cycles look basically their age. Particularly the 20 year old pros— who potentially blasted absurd amounts— honestly look like they could be 40.

Curious what others here think about supporting cellular health as much as possible while on cycle to help with this. I know glutathione was mentioned but perhaps other cellular support/antioxidants can help.

topical or oral dut will take care of the aging from testosterone most of the time, but if you’re using other androgenic compounds i’d personally go with an topical antiandrogen on the skin and scalp paired with ketaconzal shampoo on the scalp 1-2 time a week

Wouldnt the only place needed be on the scalp, since the goal is to not have dht smother the hair follicle so it doesnt get thinner, shrink up, and eventually fall out ?
i’m assuming op isn’t only talking about hairloss and is worried about facial skin quality worsening

On the skin of the face makes sense. What topical anti androgen, RU research chemical? Is spironolactone still rated?

My experience is there a couple of steroids that age my face - Primo and Winny - and they age my face a lot.
Other steroids dont age my face.
Primo gives me that leathery face look, so I just don't take it. It's one of the few steroids that give me hair loss also.
Interestingly another DHT derivative, Anavar, doesn't age my face at all and gives me a better super dry, grainy physique much better than Primo does.

Anavar boosts collagen synthesis despite being a dht derivative so i think they cancel eachother out in a way
How long have you been putting RU on your face bro? Is it a thing the looksmaxxers are doing?
i haven’t even done my first cycle yet lol

retinoids such as tret/taz along with microneedling, ghkcu and constant spf use is great for looking youthful
(just keep in mind that even with all this you can still age badly on gear)

also I have heard of people using ru58841 cream but im not to educated on it so you will need to do your own research, I personally just use it for hairloss but I do plan on trying it out for acne

came to the conclusion that lowering dht and estrogen (which both rise from anabolics) definitely helps, but the cellular-level effects can’t really be reduced unless you come off cycle

What cellular level affects are you speaking of? Things like oxidative stress?

Most anabolics do increase collagen synthesis but they also increase cross linking making things less pliable. Maybe the latter is due to increased load from strength gains or possible oxidative damage.

On cycle you're also probably eating more so that contributes to even more oxidative stress and formation of glycation end products. A lot of people also tan and that UV exposure will damage the skin. I doubt most are using daily sunscreen so you just keep piling on the oxidative stress so all combined it is the perfect recipe to speedrun aging processes.

AFAIK it can either be IM or IV, so I just do IM. Right now I just do 1-200 per week. This makes a clear difference but isn’t a pain. After surgery I’ve gone as high as 600 per day for reduction of inflammation but the bolus is miserable .
how do you divide the 1200 per week? is that ed or eod, do you notice a difference when taken at night or in the day?

Oh 1-200 per week i meant as in 100 to 200. When I did 4200 per week i just did a 5ml bolus of 600 in a shot with my gh, tb500 ans bpc included as well. I recommend as much water as you can in a large boluses split evenly through the week, or 1ml per 100 Ed as it will be less painful.
