I dunno about that. Once I got On guys I've known for years who never spoke with me about it before suddenly were very open with me about their drug use. It's like they somehow knew I was in the club now.
You "knew them for years," Yes? So you gained their trust. Otherwise, they would have denied they were on gear.

This is pretty eye opening in an unexpected way. I completely forgot about those who are on and just don’t look like it. Way back in the day I had a 120lb roommate who I took to the gym with me and once he found out about gear he went kinda hog wild ended up bieng 140 and just thought he was buff. To me he just looked like someone natural lifting for a year.

The amount of 20 year olds in my gym who seem to think they are really hot shit is shockingly high. The issue with all of them seems to be training intensity and diet but It now seems I overlooked how a bunch of them are probably running gear. Their sets consist of recording each other, flirting, joking, ect… so they just don’t catch my eye but many of them seem to be in pretty good shape for doing so very little. Interesting

This thread is making me think I underestimated % since I only count people with some telltale traits. It also sounds like my gym is disproportionately high % of users.

I was actually hopping my inherent biases would be shot down rather than supported because I feel like I’m always looking for similarities in others rather than accepting how everyone is so vastly different.

I tend to gage who's on and who's not by how intense they train. I'm not talking weight but intensity. Probably 3 guys max. I'm probably completely wrong though. Seems everyone is on peds but don't even look like they train. This is solely based off reading forums and such.
I'm always amazed how someone can be on gear for years yet under 200lbs. The excuse is almost always...I'm more into being ripped then big. But then I just keep my mouth shut because they don't look either. But every now and then I do see that truelly ripped 5'10" 195lb guy that does look impressive.

Either no one or more than half, it’s hard to say. No one is big. I’m not big. But I’m still on steroids because otherwise I’m 140 lbs skinny fat instead of 180 lbs lean. Maybe it’s the same for other guys. You do what you have to… skinny fat body in 2023 means pretty much you will never have sex again, if you ever did.

Gym used to be a hobby for those that enjoyed and had aptitude for it, now it’s just a universal torture chore set out by women’s hypergamy.

The only guy I can say for sure is the 200lbs Asian guy that keeps a bottle of smelling salt in his pocket. Ironically my gym is 99% Asian, with me being the 1% white guy.

In my gym its depended on time:

Morning: Fatties
Midday: Hot girls and students (30% on gear)
Afternoon: Skinny-fat call center agents (10% on gear)
Night: 90% AAS

I’ve always been open when someone asks me at the gym. When I was just on TRT and someone asked if I was enhanced, I’d say “yes and no” and then I’d explain what I meant. (I was at a TRUE TRT dose). Once I started venturing into upgrading my TRT, I was also open about that. But as others have mentioned, once I opened up about it, it’s funny how many other guys started telling me what they’re on. Everyone from 16 year olds on SARMS to men in their 70s on TRT+

i would say for both men and women…

I go to a non commercial body building gym. Lots of people on gear, not even a question. A few IFBB pro males, but even more females pros oddly.

I go at 5am before work. I bet there’s a group of sarm goblins at 5:30pm though. Filming themselves maxing out weekly.

By the looks of it, none (maybe 1 or 2 on TRT or just natty but muscular; hard to tell).

But I knew a bunch of guys in college who were on legit gear and you couldn't tell.

About 20%. It's not illegal to own and use gear were I am atm, so no biggie.

Of those 20%, half are on mild shit (mostly test/deca/eq) and the other half run tren and methyltren on top of test/mast year round. And they don't look like it (except one guy that is a huge mf and probably on the least amount of shit).

I have been approached by alot of dumbfuck broccoli heads asking me what I run, told them none of your business and they were pissed murmuring that I am on a ton of shit and look like shit (yeah I am not pretty, but to my defense, I train powerlifting and I am an old fart with a shaved head and 10 inch beard, looking like someone pissed on my morning coffee all the time...)
