So I’ve been experimenting with using hgh and nolvalin R about 30 minutes before I start drink my Preworkout with 50grams of carbs , then my intra has about 150g and my post has another 150g of dextrose . The insulin and the hgh should peak at 3 hours which is about the time I drink my post lift shake,my intention w weith this protocol is so max my Igf1 post lift resulting in growth. My concern is that when I finish my lift im unbelievably tired like I almost passed out befor I could finish my post workout, then as soon as I lie down im out cold for 4 hours even after consuming 5-600mg caffeine and 12mg nic 3 hours prior, is this normal and y is it happening on this “protocol” .hgh is 4iu insulin is 20iu

Assuming you have a glucose meter if you’re running insulin. What are the numbers when you feel like this?

My dude, in another post of yours you showed that you gave yourself diabetes from HGH due to taking too high of a dosage, drinking pure sugar water for calories, and with no blood glucose management. Do you think taking insulin is a smart idea given the damage you've already done and your lack of education in this area?

I think you need to quit while you're behind and seek help from a medical professional before you end up needing a leg cut off, or worse.

With insulin protocols I think if you're workout quality suffers due to the side effects you should stop/reduce the dose, even if you match the carbs per IU your body can only digest so quickly.

That kind of insulin isn't suitable for Milo's protocol.

You need a rapid insulin. Also the dose must be way too high. I use 10iu of Lantus in the morning and 4iu of insulin r post workout.

You don't need much. I also doubt you need more than 50 grams pre and intra workout carbs. Even with intense exercise.

People have died from using insulin and going into a coma.
