Those are grueling workouts. Higher carbs and protein definitely needed.If its a deadlift or squat day i eat 110 grams of carbs and 60 grams of protein
This is as simple as can be. Handful of gummi bears. I used to eat Skittles before my squat sessions.2 handfuls of cool ranch do rites and one handful of Gummi bears (2 handfuls if I'm taking insulin preworkout)
I usually train in the afternoon but if i train at 11 id do 6oz chicken or 8 eggs with banana for simple carbs and a half a serving of granola for complex carb and 1 serving of peanut butter at the end. For me simplicity is key. 50 grams of protein 80 grams of carbs and 15 grams of fat.

I think to many guys over complicate their diets. Time and time again i see people post what they eat and its a fucking shit show. Keep it simple is my philosophy.

Yes unless im cutting then i do half whole half whites and when im down to the last few weeks i do all whites. I cut back on some fats instead of cutting back on too much carbs. Its been proven that you lose less weight by cutting fats but most of the weight you lose is bodyfat as opposed to muscle.Always whole eggs?
