I take 3g epa fish oil daily, citrus berberine 500mg daily, red yeast rice 800mg daily, then just a simple multivitamin.

I don't see your estradiol on the labs. Do you know what it measured?

Was a little dehydrated prior getting bloods re done in 1 month. Still was waiting on e2 when this post was made but it came back at 44pg a number I’m comfortable at.

Surprised your e2 isn't higher. How well do you do with compounds like EQ or Primo added?
