Primal Pharma Test E 45mg EoD (TRT)

Test numbers came back in the low 300's the last two years during annual bloodwork. Technically within range so doc wouldn't prescribe test. Started self-managed TRT with Primal Pharma's Test E, 45mg eod, at the beginning of October.

New bloodwork came in and these are the new numbers, tested at trough. Much better but E2 was low which is strange. By all accounts I should be an high aromatizer at 30+%bf. No AI. Only thing it might be is 10mg tadalafil 3x week.

Is this normal for you? I was reading that some people have a genetic predisposition that causes their estrogen receptors to be less sensitive. Yes, tadalafil can lower e2 levels as well.

Honestly, no idea. First time I've ever had estrogen checked. It'll be interesting to see what future tests measure.

What's your shbg and dht?

You are taking ~160mg a week but total test is only in 900's

So where's it going?

You probably didn't see an estradiol spike because you also don't have a testosterone spike

Shbg: no clue
DHT: no clue
I'll make sure they're included in the next bloods.
Elektrobot shaming all us noobs into learning...

Sans numbers, I guess we can presume too much conversion to DHT not allowing for as much aromatization? Or high SHBG locking up test? What are the possibilities here? Willing to learn....

Steroid plotter shows I'm right about where I should be on total test with that dose. Just a little concerned about the low estrogen. No symptoms other than stiff joints but after carrying around all that weight, that's no surprise, especially in this cold.

No ir and no liver issues... Only med I was taking was tadalafil 10mg/eod to keep BP in check.

Injecting subq eod.

At this point, I'm just going to defer to next bloodwork results, get that Crp and calcium score, should have echo done by then. Then formulate next steps.

I like to make things up too.

How about: "Eating a red teapot on tuesday will grow the left bicep 2 inches."

That's a good one!

On the basis of our previous clinical observations, as confirmed by successive preclinical data, we subsequently found for the first time that PDE5 mRNA is present in human adipocytes and that selective PDE5 inhibition significantly stimulated ARO mRNA expression in mature adipocytes in vitro upon short-time exposure with a parallel increase in E2 concentrations in the supernatant [3].

using most peoples logic on this forum , that bodyfat is the most important factor involved in aromatization, I guess you should increase your bodyfat

really though Idk what to tell you , where is the cialis from?

I love when uneducated retards snap back and are simply wrong, it isnt the case for all but plenty of studies have shown its more than possible..

  • Mechanism:
Tadalafil may inhibit the activity of the aromatase enzyme, which is responsible for converting testosterone into estrogen. While tadalafil is not a direct aromatase inhibitor, this effect may help create a more favorable balance between testosterone and estrogen.

i think a total test level of 900 on that dose is pretty on point. i dont think most people would be too much higher than that on 160mg/week

the low estrogen is mega crazy though. without an AI having it be single digits is wild.

honestly OP I think if you can figure out how to leverage that low aromatization rate (if that's what it actually is) and get yourself a little bit more e2, you'd be in a cool spot. genetically blessed! (maybe)
