That’s what I’m also doing. Learning the safest way to use gear. I’m not new to Test and Mast but I have limited experience. As far as Tren ace I’ve been doing micro doses ED 10mgs. Have gotten some paranoia but so far that’s the only symptom I have noticed. Oh and night sweats a little bit.

I think eq is perfect as a secondary, or npp. But tren shits on everything

I like tren + eq or eq + npp! Using this I can run test higher as well because the eq will control aromatization. After my cut I’m thinking of trying something like 500 test 400eq 200 tren 400npp

My estrogen is a little out of the norm range at 46. I’ve never used arimidex or any estrogen blocker before as I haven’t needed too. I do have some on hand tho just incase. Is 46 even high enough to try and lower it? Or just let it ride and keep an eye on it?

Go read all about blood test is first recommendation. Use the search function. Even in this thread we just talked about what to test to capture legit kidney values (I think it was this one). Adding drugs to fix drugs related issues isn’t always the solution either keep that in mind. Sometimes the body just needs a break and recover. And, if you are reacting to tren like that at that low dose I wouldn’t go any higher and stay off the tren E. Good thing about that Ace you get to wonky it’s easy to clear the system

Id say let it ride, be ready to dose ai if gyno symptoms appear but don’t let the paranoia get to you and constantly squeeze your nipples. Alternative just run nolvadex & or Raloxifene to block e2 activity in the breast tissue. Try glycine 1-2g per night for night sweats from the tren.

46 isn’t too bad man always good to have a lil estro but monitor it I prefer aromasin over arimidex
