Very impressed with Primal's customer service.

I placed an order the day they showed up on Meso, and for some reason, it didn't go through properly, prompting their rep to reach out directly to resolve the issue.

It was shipped the following day and arrived yesterday, with free vials included. That was a very kind gesture and I'm extremely grateful for the generosity.

We’re happy to report that the server upgrade is now complete - and not just improved, but overhauled. Our infrastructure has been upgraded tenfold, and the difference is already showing. The DDoS attacks have officially stopped, and our new security layers are holding strong.

The site is now running noticeably faster, smoother, and more reliably than ever before. Page load times have improved, and everything from browsing to checkout should feel more seamless across the board.

We know how frustrating disruptions can be, and we genuinely appreciate your patience during this process. Stability and user experience are top priorities for us, and this upgrade was a big step forward on all fronts.

I like pastebins too, it's way more convenient to view the prices quickly and in a list

Most websites are a few vials per page, then you click next page, etc

Websites: you should probably know what you want & use the search bar

Pastebin: you can quickly see all products & prices

Agreed. Would also be nice to have some categories on the site like oils, orals, peptides instead of having to see everything all at once. Unless I somehow missed it.

This is a judgment free, everyone-put-your-pants-back-on kind of zone. We will be making a Pastebin, we swear we knew how… we just hadn’t gotten around to it. (Okay fine, I personally learned how to make one about two hours ago. Growth is growth.)
