Absolutely true, and honestly it’s not even just about the price - it’s about knowing you’re getting real pharma‑grade meds. Anything related to PCT, E2 control, prolactin, thyroid support, etc., I only trust legitimate pharmacy products. Messing around with UGL for that stuff is just gambling with inaccurate dosing, and that’s not a game worth playing.

PSA to anyone who kept up with my recents posts in this thread.

My glute has only gotten worse and I haven't been able to walk in 2 days because the pain is fucking unbearable.

Tomorrow I will be going to the doctor where they will be slicing open an abscess in my glute the size of a fucking mango and squeezing out all the yum yum juice. This is the route my doctor recommended to make sure that the abscess (believed to be sterile) doesn't become infected and spread.

Please note that this probably doesn't have anything to do with the gear itself - and more to do with a super shallow pin of high concentration gear (Which I've never used before).

Please think twice before using high concentration gear if you haven't before, and go up .5in on the needle size to make sure you're getting nice and deep into the tissue.

You've been warned.

Maybe I'll post some spicy pictures tomorrow of the hole in my arse cheek. Stay tuned bros

This isn't a new vial is it? Or a new brand / source? It's hard to tell from the photo but it almost looks like a localized histamine reaction. I got that once from a vaccine. It looked like cellulitis so they gave me IV antibiotics but they consulted an allergist who actually knew what the hell he was doing and it turned out to be nothing (histamine reaction - self-limiting). I saw in your other post that you had a lump, which can def happen with subQ - i have one right now from too much glutathione subQ. If no fever / worsening symptoms it "should" be ok. If the pain worsens / if the lump enlarges / if you start having fever / chills - get to the doc.

There's something to be said about filtering semi-filtered gear for yourself.

A couple of bucks to add the filtering process to save pain and untold dollars in medical bills.

SubQ injections with oil are tricky to begin with, but using super concentrated gear subQ is really not a great idea. The only way to know for sure is to have some imaging (ultrasound). You can have an abscess (non-sterile) and not have fevers, etc. until it ruptures. Any urgent care should be able to do an ultrasound for you. If it is an abscess, it needs to be drained (not by an urgent care) and you'll need antibiotics.
