I've had a surprising number of packages from e.g. Some Guy I Know in India get hand-delivered w/signature required by my friendly mailman, but which never showed up on Informed Delivery.

You are correct in that we did not clarify that point. Hence whether proof of purchase is necessary is currently unknown. Will a sealed vial sent to Jano be enough with photos? What constitutes proof of purchase (POP)?I did.

Clearly for this to function as intended the POP has to not give away the customer's order info.

Proof of purchase usually entails showing an order that you actually purchased said product from them.
E.g
If i tested TRE400, but never purchased TRE400, how can the report be real?
If you then have my TRE400 order number, then won't you be able to tie everything up together even before credit is given, regardless of method?

I concede someone could fake a vendor's product and a photo. My recommendation is to come up with a POP that doesnt require order info or order number.
Jano test proof plus pics of what was tested. Jano takes pics of all products tested now. Each vendor would do well to clarify their policy (like NEO did) so there are no surprises. I surely don't want this to be a scammer's paradise to exploit.

So how does this work with vials that cost $180 like PRIMO200?
Reimbursement of vial cost?
Reimbursement of test + shipping?
That's a very expensive policy if someone sends it for HPLC + GCMS.
240 + 180 + 40 shipping = 460 for 1 test
(I'm not complaining, I'd gladly send the vial in LOL)
