No actually, what was suppose to be a full on fuckin cesarean section of my gluteus medius turned into a simple poke and drain situation. By the time the procedure came around, the swelling had gone down enough that the doc could just shove what I believe to be a 15g 2in pin in there and suck out all the yum yum juice. Not fun but it was over rather quickly.

I've just been super busy with work haven't had the time to hop on here - it hadn't occured to me that my absence would cause some to think I'd gone septic and perished. I'm perfectly fine. No scarring and no long term injury other than to my ego.

Training is back to normal and looking to put in a 2nd order with Primal. Thinking I'll give the T600 a go.

Back to normal. Healed up just fine. Glute is still a bit tender still so I am avoiding injecting there for the time being until the tissue completely calms down. Other than that we are all good.
