Unfortunately, I don't have a baseline GH to compare to. That will be used as a data point for when I go higher. I plan to jump to 4 IU the next day.

Depends if you are testing gh to validate gear, or testing gh just to see your own serum levels

Gear check: pin 10iu IM 2 hours before blood draw. Look for result of 30. Supposedly that's about what pfizers stuff produces. If its bellow 30, adjust your dosing accordingly to get equivalent results

I'm not quite ready to pin 10 iu just yet. I want the GH as a baseline to compare to going forward. IGF I have a baseline from a month ago, so I have something to compare to there.

I’m mixed with blk we have high blood sugars but when I read it in am with finger prick it was 90 and the night before had Carl’s Jr lol free meal on the plan

2x weekly mondays and thursdays pinned a day before bloods were drawn pinned Thursday morning and blood draw was Friday morning

I drank roughly 30-40oz of water but they always read a bit high haven’t donated blood in 2 years but can show u last years test as well

His inflammation markers look pretty good. We don't know his plasma viscosity, the other component (besides Hct) that drives whole blood viscosity. I do agree I would never advise someone to run that high as blanket advice on the internet.

His fasting insulin and trigs (and lipids overall) are pretty solid.

It was moving pretty fast I was there less than 5 min tech didn’t mention anything I’ve also seen my blood super thick where it actually had a purple hue to it imo and was trickling out the iv when donating before lol
