Right? That's possible on a small scale, and a few great sources here operate very well as one man operations, but it's definitely not possible for the ones with websites and huge order volume like Primal.

The thing I thought was weird was him answering a question about a filter on his own then someone giving the reason why that was not good and him saying “oh I just clarified with brewer he shook his head when I told him I said that”

Why answer without clarifying if you’re not sure plus not the one that deals with that part of the operation
