Totally depends on the success of the lyophilization. Without water present, the difference between -5°C and 5°C doesn't really matter to the peptide by itself. Can't hurt as a precaution though in case there's a tiny bit of moisture in the vial.I have all my tirz in the freezer in a hydrapeak thermos. Supposedly keeps it a constant temp throughout the freeze/thaw cycles. Saw it somewhere on Reddit I think. Probably overkill but I’d rather be proofed against worst case scenarios.
