What dose of Deca are you using? I just started at 50mg a week for the same purpose. Only done two shots so not much yet. This may sound funny but wanting to use deca to reduce joint inflammation is really what brought me here. I’m prescribed pain meds and am hoping to reduce if not eliminate the need for them. Im assuming this makes my journey a little atypical. But to be honest now that I’m on this road, I’m going to attempt to enjoy the ride.
I started supplementing about half way through my recovery from a shoulder procedure. And it noticeable improved my overall mood, can’t honestly say it has improve the actual recovery but it hasn’t hurt the situation. So far I’m glad I decided to pursue this.
I drove through NJ on fumes once cuz the thought of somebody else pumping my gas made me uncomfortableAnd pump your own gas!!!
(This message applies to both Carolinas, thank you for your support)
Ok. So when I first started here I read a bunch of threads here on MESO regarding npp and deca. Don’t ask me why, but general consensus was deca provides better joint relief than npp. But the active ingredient is nandrolone, it shouldn’t matter. I know and I have yet to see a good explanation. Remember everything varies person to person and this is just my anecdotal observation of various threads. What dose of Deca are you using? I just started at 50mg a week for the same purpose. Money also helps. HahaThere will always be MORE good IDEAS than there is capacity TO EXECUTE. Execution doesn't like complexity. The two best friends of execution are SIMPLICITY and TRANSPARENCY.
When we travel I love watching jersey plates sitting at pumps waiting for someone to come help them fill up. I know I’m a dick, lolI drove through NJ on fumes once cuz the thought of somebody else pumping my gas made me uncomfortable
I started experiencing debilitating joint pain a couple months ago (mostly my right elbow) and hopped on estrogen as fast as I could. I’m envious of you men being able to take deca, I practically beg @Bandern for his when I’m hurting. You guys get to have all theOk. So step two was finding a minimum recommended deca dose for the people that found relief. In all honesty, I would say it was evenly split between 50mg weekly and 100mgs weekly. My joint issues are probably more extensive than on average so I opted for a larger starting dose. If when I reach full saturation I notice side effects I’ll reduce my dosage. Everything seems to be trial and error on an individual basis.
This is only my third week now running deca, ninth week on Test. So it might be purely a placebo effect, or a benefit of the testosterone kicking in, but I feel less strain on my knees using my hack squat/leg presses. I’m still recovering from a shoulder procedure so it’s hard to gauge joint improvement on upper body exercises. But as you would expect there have been significant strength gains.
Thanks that helps. So you are just getting going as well. I have heard the same ting about Deca vs NPP for this usage. Which is a bummer because I have a bunch of npp.Ok. Constant pain is not only physically disabling but the mental/emotional toll is worse. If I can “cheat” a little and improve my overall health I’ll gladly take the risk.I started experiencing debilitating joint pain a couple months ago (mostly my right elbow) and hopped on estrogen as fast as I could. I’m envious of you men being able to take deca, I practically beg @Bandern for his when I’m hurting. Glad things are getting better for you!
If you have it, I would definitely try it. Many people do find relief from npp too. There are no hard fast rules with any of this because everyone responds differently. Thanks that helps. I have two vials of Deca at 300mg. So I'm good for a while on that with such a low dose.If you have it, I would definitely try it. Many people do find relief from npp too. There are no hard fast rules with any of this because everyone responds differently.
This is why you shouldn't give in to every testing demand. Everything you've done and offered to do and the goalposts keep getting moved. Now 1 unconfirmed/suspected test and you're getting blasted/smeared. It's not worth it.We’re also the only source that volunteered to expand testing and improve everything across the board, which is exactly why this “jump to conclusions” take doesn’t make sense. Nobody here said “not confirmed.” The Jano report itself says “suspected.” That’s their wording, not ours, and we won’t rewrite “suspected” into “confirmed” without a proper chain-of-custody confirmation. That isn’t brushing anything off, that’s how you do this the right way.
We’ve already pulled retainers and are moving sealed vials for confirmation work. That includes sealed-vial submissions with photos that match what the lab posts, plus follow-ups to identify any particulates and review extractables and leachables from components. If a confirmed finding impacts quality or safety, we will post it publicly and contact affected buyers with the remedy. Period.
Saying we’re “the only vendor with this in our vials” is premature. Right now there’s one third-party report using the word “suspected.” We’re treating it seriously and doing the extra steps precisely because we volunteered to do more than just mg/mL. If anyone in the community wants to run an independent sealed-vial test in parallel, our reimbursement policy stands, we’ll honor it once results are posted and matched to the vial photos.
We’re here to fix problems, not hide them. Let’s keep it factual until the confirmation work is complete. Stop scaring people my guy.
Fwiw my joint issues weren’t debilitating by any means but npp worked just fine clearing up my cranky elbowThanks that helps. So you are just getting going as well. I have heard the same ting about Deca vs NPP for this usage. Which is a bummer because I have a bunch of npp.
It’s unfortunate when you’re the only source that decides to step it up. Makes you think... but we won’t stop what we came here to do.This is why you shouldn't give in to every testing demand. We may not be as vocal writing pages of crap like the testing guys but lots of us just want quality gear brewed at the correct concentration at a reasonable price, which is what you have now. Not all this extra above and beyond pie in the sky crap
You've had all of my business because of this. It’s unfortunate when you’re the only source that decides to step it up. Makes you think... but we won’t stop what we came here to do.
Coming up on 7,500 replies already. That’s absolutely unheard of in such a short period of time. Surpassed multiple big-time sources that have been here for YEARS! We’ve developed a massive clientele in 10 weeks. Think about that. In just 10 weeks we’ve accomplished this. Just imagine a year from now.

I second this the high standard we have in this thread for our gear (being a guy who isn’t knowledgeable in this field) the civil discussions, it keeps my main purchases with primal over other sources. So @Primal keep up the great work thank you for the continuos salesYou've had all of my business because of this.
