No doubt about the sunscreen! No skin issues with me but I absolutely use it. I've seen some drastic differences in skin/age appearance between people who have used sunscreen for decades and those who don't and purposefully tan.

I went because I had a weird scab like thing on my temple that wouldn't heal. Turns out it was cancer.

But- I get to the office thinking they are just looking at my face. Then she tells me to undress while her asst has a clipboard taking notes.

At least I had showered and shaved my sack

i took mt2 for a few weeks and it would make me real nauseous a couple minutes after injecting. I'm taking a break from it for now as I was beginning to get nauseous just thinking about taking the injection.

I take mine before bed for this exact reason. I usually just sleep through any stomach discomfort

I don’t think it has much effect on raising hdl, for hdl really all you can do is optimize your diet, reduce saturated fat intake from things like eggs and red meat, increase omega 3 intake specifically epas. If you want to be precise just supplement epas, take 6g per day. The most potent thing for hdl imo is cardio and being lean, 30 mins zone 2 per day will work wonders. If hdl is a huge problem you can look into cardarine for hdl but there is alleged cancer risk there. I can’t prove this, and there currently isn’t evidence of this that I know of but I believe slu pp 332 improves hdl. I think ss31 can also improve hdl. But yes ezetimibe is one of the best tools we have for keeping ldl down from aas and preventing plaque buildup.

Ezetimibe doesn’t do much to raise HDL. If anything at all. But paired with a statin it can help lower LDL an additional 15-25%.

I did not experience any of the mole issues many others report. I was a bit concerned about that since i have quite a few moles and i didn’t really want them to get super dark. No uneven darkening either. Definitely the best comprehensive / consistent tan i have ever had. About the only issue i have with MT1 is the nausea it gives me for 15-20 minutes shortly after taking it

Yeah the nausea is bad.

Was coming to say exactly this. Some people take dramamine or antihistamine before pinning Melonatan. Can pin before bed if its bothersome and atleast you can sleep through the nausea lol

No, different pack.

We should have results this week. I emailed them Saturday asking what the deal was and they got back to me (to my surprise on the weekend). Something about customs but they handled it.
