I ordered some winstrol awhile back from some lab and got a few cialis thrown in. I guess im gonna try them out for shoulders tomorrow. Either it'll be a great pump or ill spend the whole time in the bathroom.

I would only do the E10D once you've reached your desired skin tone. I did daily mt2 with tanning every other day until i got to the color i wanted then i've been doing this for 2 months to maintain.I’ll try the large dose E10D if the 100mcg E3D does not make me happy. I’m very, very new to MT2. I definitely have to be open to advice. Thank you.

Seriously though I did get 10mg from Primal because why not but it did 2 things. 1 make my wife slightly annoyed because I was ready to go again faster. 2nd I pissed with better flow. My prostate numbers have always been normal. But just faster taking a leak now.Something primal about that low hanging national geographic.

I'm guessing this is also somewhat bodyweight dependent? 300 is low day for me, unless I'm heavily restricting calories. I'm at 1.5mg/week, but I'm going to bump to 2mg next shotYou can run zero carb infinitely on reta. As long as you're hitting your protein for the day, your body will make enough glucose to power your brain and organs. Whether it can make enough BG to fuel muscle expenditure and growth at BB levels is a discussion I'll leave to the broscientists to yell at each other about (but I will say it's hard to teach old dogs new tricks).
The real danger with reta is eating too many carbs. Eating like a 90s powerlifter on vacation confuses your body - you're telling it to make more sugar but also cramming it in - and you run the risk of hyperglycemia at the end of the day, blowing out your pancreas overnight pumping out a ton of insulin to clear it out, and waking up hypoglycemic. I don't think there's much danger at 300, 400 maybe, but that will depend on your history of insulin sensitivity/resistance.
Some days I hit 250g easy, some days I'm at zero. BG stays pretty consistent.

Yes. Going through that right now. I added full carbs back in and my calves are getting so pumped that they turn rigid. . I'm having to stop every 5 min to stretch and shake my ankles outI've gotten pretty killer calf pump aches on the higher inclines. Ever experience that?

Yes, onset time is 1/2 hour. Both Viagra and Cialis start working in 1/2 hour. Please check the peak effect time though.
Viagra peaks in 1 hour. Cialis peaks in 2 hours (some say 3 but idk about that). I’m not trying to say Cialis takes days to work or something like that. It just takes a little longer than Viagra.
Also, It’s absolutely wild how many different times I’ve saw when researching cialis. I’ve saw 1/2 hour, 2 hours, 12-14 hours (ridiculous) and 3-5 days (ridiculous).
I take 10mg of Cialis every morning before I go to the gym. I do use it as a pre-workout.
