Same here. At that heart rate from incline I can read a book without bouncing around too much. Makes me forget the time. Looking at the timer is the limiting factor in my cardio.Worth a shot, and you should be doing it anyway tbh. Zone 2 cardio is your friend. I do incline treadmill every day at a brisk pace for 30-45 minutes. Normally shoot for ~135bpm. Yes, it is fucking mind numbingly boring. No, it does not get more enjoyable. YMMV.
Another trick I like to do some days to push the intensity is go up or down in speed in intervals of 0.1 each minute
