How much mast do you guys do per week during a blast?
Same protocol as RockyP.I like anywhere between 350 and 550 usually run it 1:1 with test dosage or slightly higher than test.

i've yielded great results at 175-250mgs a week in the past, but its fair to say i dose damn near everything lower than most on hereHow much mast do you guys do per week during a blast?
I agree here, and in most cases. But also, “search through 15k messages” is wild lol. The search feature is good, but not THAT good. I think i’m just ass at searching.
a bit off topic, but it would be nice to use those google search AI features to search through giant meso threads.
200 test / 200 mast is a very nice HRT+ cruise.i've yielded great results at 175-250mgs a week in the past, but its fair to say i dose damn near everything lower than most on here
I’m the same. I do great at 200 and maybe 300 with mast. Looking at my past I’ve come to realize those high volumes weren’t necessary and I get the same now. But I’ve also grown way more insightful on diet and training. Understanding how to correctly cycle your diet, when to switch up training type and formats along with walking away from drinking and getting that sleep. Plus the gains are much more permanent on those times when test is all you can do due to injury or a health reset. I’m sure you e seen those guys that blast and blast then months later when they stop they fall off a cliff then they are right back at it. It’s a long game if you want to do this for a long time. Tons of good points here. When you focus on diet you realize there is no longer room for alcohol- like zero room. No booze automatically improves sleep and you fall into a very consistent schedule.I’m the same. I do great at 200 and maybe 300 with mast.
