Quality control at it's finest!

Don't know why anyone would bother with sources with controversy surrounding them when there are plenty that have been providing quality product for years.

So far so good, despite setbacks due to injury and some minor health issues (which I managed to get resolved). Currently about to start Week 7 and hopefully my strained left bicep will be healed and stable enough to be able to put more of a load on it then I should be able to move heavier weight.

Also getting mid cycle bloods this coming week as got the lab work ordered, and will be posting them in my log.

Good to hear about the cycle...Injuries suck!!! I had the flu for over a week so I missed the gym for about 10 days then went back 2 days and did something to my neck/ trap/ collar bone. Now I'm just waiting it out. I tell my wife every day I swear I'm getting smaller lol

Thanks and hang in there yourself as illness is just as bad IMO. My injury occurred 3 weeks in and certainly at a bad time for me and hopefully your injury isn't serious enough set you way back as neck and shoulder injuries suck and I can see what The Bull had to go through.
