Yep, left bicep is healing nicely (injured it 4 weeks ago) and the lung infection's practically gone. Was able to pull 315 for 2 reps on RDL's today. Hams were burning and the left arm there was little pain and it held.

I don't think I've ever spoken to you and I probably never will again. But I say this with true sincerity and concern. I'm not being a jerk or rsarcastic in anyway. But what you are doing is not mentally healthy. You are on this forum 24 hours a day and post one thing right after another. This forum is not reality man. You really should try to take a break from the forum. It can't be healthy for you mentally man. You guys can crack all the jokes you want but I am a humanitarian And care about other people. You are a very angry negative person. It has to be some other underlining issues for this type of behavior. I'm not a doctor by any means but with the behavior you exhibit here on Meso I would recommend finding a good psychiatrist and some medication. And take some time away from the forum man.
