Quick question, if using primo as an a.i. does pin frequency matter? Does it make a difference whether it's pinned weekly, EOD or ED?

In a cruise I pin it twice a week in a blast I pin it 3 times a week. Really depends on the dose and what you prefer.

it matters as much as any hormone injection frequency matters. Want more stable levels? inject more frequently. Want more peaks and valleys? inject less frequently. Primo isn't a magical exception.

Not sure if you meant to get this far into the weeds but while primo has a half life of 7 to 10 days, I’m not sure what the half life of atamestane (the AI metabolite) is. Some drugs active metabolites have pharmacokinetics that differ markedly from the parent compound. Irrespective of this, assuming you’re running more the 100 mg per week, you’d prob pin 2 to 3 x per week just due to logistics of the concentration (100 or 200 mg / ml). From a pharmacokinetic standpoint however, you could pin it once per week if you had to, but twice would be the realistic minimum. I pin primo EOD.
