Primo Suspension Recipe

Struggling to find a clear recipe for making a Primo Ace suspension. I have plenty of raw primo and while it's great, capping it is a pain. I was planning on adding it to some ora sweet after grinding it with a pestle and mortar.

Looking for recommendations.
 
Thinking:
16oz of ora is around 473ml of suspending agent, 85mgs of primo per ml brings me to 40 grams of primo.
