I think people should be more concerned about health damage from the compounds on itself instead of “quality of the oil”. This is so overhyped imo. What will cause more damage the steroids and their side effects or “the quality of the oil”?
Just try a few different oils for example GSO, MCT or castor and stick with the one which suits you best.
This is a very big misunderstanding. If someone uses steroids depending on the dose, stays properly hydrated, takes supplements to preserve their health, and monitors blood pressure (and has no underlying medical conditions), it takes a very long time before the kidneys, liver, and vital organs are damaged.
However, if the oil is poor quality or contaminated (e.g. with heavy metals) and industrial solvents are used, kidney and liver values can deteriorate very quickly.
In addition, CRP can be consistently elevated in blood tests because it can cause inflammation in the body, which is also not good.
So in my opinion, the quality of the oil is extremely important, especially if you’re planning long-term use.
There are many sources that can show their lab equipment, filters, and also verify the quality of their oil — they don’t make excuses like this.
