You are not manifacturers and you've said that yourself. It's not our words. It's your own. You buy from a manifacturer that produces for "many known labs".
You ask your manifacturer for different color caps. That's just a weird flex to throw out you can, means nothing at all. Pretty sure most other vendors can use whatever caps they desire.
The problem is not you reselling. Plenty of resellers on here are doing just fine.
The problem is you have no idea what you are reselling and lie to your customers faces about everything you get the chance to.
Sterility tests, heavy metal tests, video showing around your OWN lab that we can't find at another vendor, all from Jano together with quantitative and qualitative tests for every product.
That's the bare minimum if you wanna do anything here. YOu just ridiculed yourself bigtime.
