Hi Everybody,
I have been a lurker on many different forums for 6+ years now, sometimes with an account but never posting. I have been trying to learn as much as possible. Unfortunately I still don't know enough but will try to contribute finally when I can and hopefully have some fun while I'm at it. I love lifting and eating so here I am. I'm also interested in nutrition and how food and all substances affect the body/mind. I've been lifting since 16 with various goals. Recently took a hiatus from lifting for several months for traveling so I will not be posting my current lifts as they are embarrassing. Currently I will be training primarily for strength until I get it back up to normal. Have not used gear yet but have always been interested and just waiting until I am 100% ready.
My stats are as follows:
24 Years Old
6' tall
200-210 lbs
Decent definition (not sure actual bf%)
I also like long walks on the beach...
