problem with first cycle- help please

I am in my fourth week of
400mg eq and
around 500mg sus250 a week (.6 ml eod)
20mg nolva
.5mg adex

now I am eating around 3000 cals min 300g protien a day clean

I know it sounds low but i maintain at around 2000

Now one day last week my strength went through the roof and that was it the next day i trained i felt like i did before the cycle.
And Also I am up like 8 lbs and it seens to be mostly around my love handles.
Is it possible that that is where I bloat?

anyway I am thinking of switching brands of sus would that help?

Well it could be a few things...It could be your gear....(remember that eq is ment for longer cycles, I like to run a minmum 12 weeks and the Sus should be full blown right now. Or it could be either your routine or diet. If you eat clean then your love handles should be alright. Water retention effects everyone differently. Keep some cardio in your routine, eat clean and you should be alright. Sus makes me hold water like a mother
 
I think its the diet
post your diet and you might get better responses
shit I can eat 3000 cals of Mc Donalds tht dont mean its good
 
here we go

[Of course you know that sus is a fast acting ester so you need more of it. you need 1ml eod of the sus250, or you may have to go .5 ed or 1.5ml eod. the eq will kick in it takes 4-6 weeks. take my word for it. I was using 500mg test cyp(upjohn) and 400 mg deca and it took 5.5 to 6 weeks to see the gains.


take care, eat clean, throw in 2 treadmill sessions a week to work off the love handles . the nolva and the adex is fine

by clean I mean that i dont combine carbs and fats and I eat low gi carbs except for post workout so my diet looks like this

meal 1 2 cups oalmeal 2 scoops protien powder

meal2 4 eggs 8 whites

Meal 3 8-10oz chicken salad with tons of veggies ,large apple and .5 cup oatmeal dry

meal 4 8-10 oz top roung, veggies

w/o

pwo 50g protien 80g dex

ppwo 8-10 oz chicken large sweet potato veggies

meal 7 2 scoops protien 1 large tablespoon pb and some fish oils
would it be better to go with 1 ml eod or add some prop in. I have some prop as well?

bro try doing 30 minutes of cardio every day

wake up, drink 50g whey and 10g glut, then wait 30-45 minutes or so, then go on the treadmill at the highest incline it will go to, and walk at 3mph or so

after cardio, go about your meal schedule as before

doing this seemed to help me keep down the water and fat while eating a lot of cals
 
Yes, it is highly possible that you are holding water in your obliques. I remember for one show my obliques & low back were real dry/tight. I tried sodium loading that year. I usually start my diuretics 10 days out, so I was already on diuretics when I sodium loaded, but that shit came right back on the obliques & low back. I hold more water in my obliques & low back than anywhere else, by far. If this is the case for you, its beyond the help of a little cardio or a diet very low in sodium. The body will adjust to your sodium intake. A lot of people don't seem to think this is the case.
