Problem with QSC

Can someone help me sort out this issue with QSC. This is my 5th order from them and it has always been flawless. This time however they are saying they cannot find my payment. I paid in ETH through my coinbase wallet and it has been verified. But then they said they could not find it. Here is a summary of all the emails starting with most recent.

I don't understand. I don't have a USDT wallet.

I paid you in ETH. What information do you need to verify this? I paid you from my coin base ETH wallet. I am awaiting shipping confirmation from you.

Why would you pay me anything?

Don’t send screenshots or attachments, Which I see you did but you also correctly put the transaction ID in body of message. Only thing I can think is you sent payment to an old wallet of past transaction and Tracy has a new one which you would have been provided from QSC in response to order. Did you get a message with the wallet address to send payment? Was it the same as past orders? It’s common for some sources to change up or have multiple wallets so don’t always assume it’s the same as before. If not that then something is missing, amount doesn’t match or something red flagged.

How can any of us help you sort this out and your posting to much info this source has never ripped anyone off to my knowledge contact them directly
 
Your order was shipped yesterday.

The issue is that you were sending us transaction hashs that do not belong to you and belongs to other customers who sent us money to same wallet, and all of them were already processed, and they live in different countries and continents, even in this post you posted two different transaction hashs, and none of them belongs to your order and I don't understand why you add to my assistants extra work doing it.

The payment required 1 hash, and it was identified after an effort of matching the price of your order with the several hashs you sent, and order posted yesterday.
