ok when you first started this cycle it was a test enanthate, tren enanthate, eq,drol cycle right? then i read you drop your test dosage to 250 mg's per week. now its 500 mg's omnadren, dbol, drol. all these changes in the first 4 weeks, ever think maybe thats why your not gaining much size? your gear isnt bunk, your gaining strength adn you seem to ahve all top quality stuff.
im not even gonna coment on what your taking becasue i ahve no idea exactly what youve been running based on your posts. although personaly if i were you id sell your eq,drol,dbol and get more omna's. run em at an amp eod for 12 weeks. i ran an amp of sust ed for week 1 then an amp eod for then next 13 or so and never felt better in my life.keep teh gear simple and work on the rest.
so far ive noticed and msot have pointed out:
water: shoot for 2 gallons ed. soda,milk,coffee,beer, none of those count. if you wnat to add a little flavor use crystal lite. nothing with caffeine. its not taht the caffiene will act as a thermo, its taht it will dehydrate you, defeting the purpose of drinking water right? you need to stay well hydrated its essential for muscle growth and health when on a cycle expesialy when taking orals.
protein: your only taking in 200 grams a day. up that. start at 300 and gradualy increase it as you gain more weight. as your weight increases your protein intake should too, to keep teh gains coming
carbs: no idea how amny your getting now but increase them itsvious your not gettin enough.
fat: again no idea what your taking in but id be willing to bet you could probubly stand to increase this too. not jsut with junk food but with efa's and healthy sources for fat.
total calories: just like with teh macronutrients, you total caloric intake should increase as you weight increases. the more muscle you put on the more food you need to maintain and keep growing
micronutrients (vitamins and minerals): very overlooked. muscles need more than jsut protein to grow. try to meat the general guidelines for your viamins and minerals with solid food and supliment that with a quality multi vitamin. im nota big believer in multi's so thst why i recomend getting your total requirementrs from food and taking them on top of that.
sleep: you say your getting plenty so im not going to question that. if you feel tired at all throughout teh day increase your sleep.
training: if you suddenly increased your training volume and or intensity its possible your overtraining. gradulay increase your total work load as your cycle progresses. dont suddenly change your routine jsut cause you started a cycle. gradualy progress it as your strength and muscular endourance increases.
post workout: take in 100 grams of eitehr dextrose or maltodextrine, 60 grams protein 5 grams creatine, 3-5 grams glutamine and wash it all down with a couple big glasses of water imediately post workout. an hour or so later eat a meal high in protein and carbs consisting of solid food. this is the window when your muscles are primed to absorb these nutrients the most.
before bed: eat a large protein and carb meal of solid foods that take a wile to digest so you get plenty of nutrients as you sleep. this is when most growing actualy occurs.
cardio: flat out dont do any. burn as few calories as possible day to day.
stress: not always controllable but keep your stress as low as possible. stress increases cortisol levels wich is very catabolic. not what you wnat when gaining muscle.
the scale: ignore it. you obviosuyl react like i do with msot roids. i dont bloat at all. dont expect massive gains in weight imediately like some get. when i and other people see dramatic improvements thats what you should be looking at not waht the scale reads.
