I've used suspension only once but never did again because of the hassle of daily injections and the extremely painful swelling it caused that lasted for several days.
But anyway, this is what I did...
I used a 22g needle, drew in 1cc, then drew just a small amount of an oil, like some deca or EQ, to lubricate the inside of the needle. Whether that alone would work or not, I'm not sure, because I also ran it under hot water for a minute or so... then, and this is important... shook the syringe hard for several seconds to keep the powder suspended, and IMMEDIATELY injected to keep it from settling and jamming up the mouth of the needle.
I believe what might be happening is that the crystals might be so large that they are jamming up in the mouth of the needle. The suspension I was using was by RWR (Australian). It jammed up the first time, but then I tried the oil, hot water and injecting immediately after shaking it, and it always went through. I also had to inject it very fast to keep it from jamming halfway through the injection.
