Professional Bodybuilders

Lol. Professional bodybuilding is a year around progressive and highly aggressive training, dieting and "supplementation" program. There is no on and off for pros.

My friend is a pro. he comes off. But he runs very high doses for about 5 months before a competition. needless to say they really tank after a competition. Lots of Viagra

I'm not sure I buy into that. I do know that even pros don't go year round looking like they do on contest day. They can't possibly stay on high doses of aas without serious health consequences, there has to be some off time.

Do you have any idea what a cruise amount of testosterone looks like with a serious competitor? We discussed this with Doc Scally a while back. He had clients on 2-3,000 mgs a week baseline.

Edit: Doc had clients who were taking 2-3,000 mgs a week baseline. He of course did not put them on it.

I have a buddy who's cruise makes my blast look like pussy shit. And yes we are talking grams of test. I can't say it jealous of his turtle shell stomach win the amount of gh he runs too.

I have no doubt they run year round. Louie Simmons from westside barbell has said that he's been on juice 37 years now and never really cycles off. I'm sure guys cut back, I'm sure some Dont stay year round, then I'm sure there are guys that go year round. Kai Greene, branch warren, Cedric, and johnny Jackson I'm sure go year round cause they do 3-5 shows a year

I'd hate to see their liver enzymes much less their prostate. I had a friend that was into competition, actually won Mr. Florida years ago, he never went off and died of massive heart failure at age 27. No one in his family had a history of heart problems.
RIP Cory
