Proformance enhancing cycle

Hey guys figured I'd give back and log what I'm doing. I'm starting this 4 weeks into my 16 week cycle. Sorry.

About the cycle
This is for proformance enhancement. I don't want to get big. If I put on too much size too fast I run the risk of getting tested. I need to increase strength and my endurance in order to make it through a test in August for work to get a promotion.

Cycle
Weeks 1-16 250mg test e from gp
Weeks 1-4 20 mg superdol and winsterol ed
Weeks 9-16 50 mg tren ace 3x per week
Weeks 9-16 50 mg tnt 3x per week
Weeks 9-16 Novla and clomid eod
Weeks 1-16 hcg 500iu
Weeks 8-16 2iu hgh ed(had an ordering problem so I couldn't start it with my cycle)

Training program
Mon-fri am pt. Body weight high intensity training
Mon,wed, Fri pm strength training
Tues pm swim
Thurs pm long distance run or short distance ruck run
Last Sunday of the month murph.

The morning workouts and Sunday workout I have no choice in doing

The strength workouts are a combination of 5x5, wendler, and oly complex program.

Diet it tough to maintain as I rarely cook for myself but have access to pretty good food and can take protein supplements.

Planning on getting bloods done week six

Will update with a short post on each week so far with subjective and objective observations

I know my cycle looks funny but I did a lot of research into what and how much I want to use for my specific goals. Am thinking of adding var for the last 4 weeks and proviron for 2 weeks post cycle before I begin pct

Here's my thoughts

Make sure you run deca with sdrol. It's harder in your joints than winny. Your knees will ache especially.

Down the sdrol to 10mg a day. If you want performance enhancing without size I personally would use tbol or anavar over sdrol. Bit I will admit the size and strength from it are killer

I would drop tren completely. Instead run eq at 5-600 mg for 16 weeks. I say this out of experience. I played college football for years. Want good cardio, strength and athletic gains then I would go this thought hands down

Drop tnt altogether as well

Up test to 4-500mg a week

I didn't see any ai in your outline. What will you run at what dosage? Adex or asin?

I'm a personal trainer for my day job. I mix hiit, crossfit and powerlifting techniques for my clients. I've benched 225 for 53 reps in combine before and have a cardio output that surpasses most (but my 40 was lame lol)

From my experience if you want to be super athletic I would do as suggested above. Here's a quick outline of what I've done before with ridiculous results. I know it would do the same for you

Enth 4-500mg week 1-16
Eq. 600mg week 1-18
Prop 100mg eod tapering down each dose by 25mg every time (easier pct imo) week 16-18 or 18-20 depending on cycle length

Anavar 40mg ed week 12-18 (or 10-16 depending on cycle length and running it right into pct)
OR
Winstrol 40mg everyday 12-18?or 10-16 as stated above

Adex or asin throughout cycle

If you don't have any sexual issues proviron is a good additive but not necessary

Hgh 5 on 2 off at 2ius is ideal

Personally I only use hcg at end with nolva and clomid as pct. but that's me. Obviously we all do what works best for us


As for diet the more whole foods you eat the better you'll perform. Trust me on that. It's the difference of fuelling a Pontiac instead of a Bentley. Yeah protein supplements help but if avoidable way better for you brother

I don't know why you have such a hard on for me man. I've never really crossed any lines here, or at least hope I haven't. And I'm not about to start another avatar just to be accepted by you guys. I really want to be apart of what you got going on here. I don't even care if people use my gear or not, I just like helping out. Plus Justaphan is expecting a dance from me with my world peace speech at some point.

Unless people want me out of their thread I'm going to chime in. I'm not pushing product and I think my advice is helpful, especially in this case. My experience can really help him as I used to be a collegiate athlete. I really want to see him excel at what he wants. As we went over if there is a majority vote for me to not post in threads by vets and mods then I'll respect that. no offence and I hope one day you'll actually be cool with me and my advice

Alright a quick update on the first 3 weeks as I head into week 4.
Prior to cycle I spent rr weeks in a real calorie deficit and was ketogenic. I find in my own experience that doing this before trying to add strength or size or both really is best for me whether going on cycle or not

Week 1
Sunday pm 250 mg gp test e and 500 bold. No pain. Went in smooth as butter to the left glute. 20 mg superdol and winsterol
Monday, 20 mg superdol and winsterol, pt in the am for about 2 hours. Nothing unbearable. Felt fine. Pm squat work and weighted pull ups. All feels fine
Tuesday 20 mg superdol and winsterol pt for 2 hours. No problem. Pm 2 mile swim with gear. Still nothing remarkable to speak of
Wednesday 20 mg superdol and winsterol, pt am. Pm oly complex work. Again nothing notable
Thursday 20 mg superdol and winsterol, pt. Felt a little heavy in my lungs. Got the metallic taste in my throat. Too early for these sides and not high enough doses so it's probably all in my head. Pm 10k run. Felt fine for this
Friday 20 mg superdol and winsterol pt is usually a killer. Today was no exception but still doable. Pm overhead work. Shoulders a little blasted still but was able to push through.
Sat and Sunday rest but take 20 mg superdol and winsterol
 
I appreciate any input. Nordic actually brought up a good point. Deca or npp woukd be ideal. I woukd run Deca if it were an option but with the deception time of 18 months it's no good. I have a good chance of being tested in September depending on how things go at work in August. That's why only 16 weeks eq not 20. As for tnt. I know it is a little silly however I have a fascination with it and always have wanted to try it as a pre-workout. This will likely be my last cycle ever depending on how things go for my career and I have found people mostly regret things they never did and wish they had more than things they they did and wish they had so it's now or never
For tren I'm on tge fence about running it but still like it. If anyone else thinks it's a bad idea please chime in.

Wait till you hit the 2 week mark with the superdrol. That's when gains start to really show. Up your intake of fish oils and glutamine to help keep those joints in order as well. Winny and superdrol are going to wreak havoc on them. And come testing time you don't want any aches or pains carrying on from drying yourself out

you know that eq can be detected up to 5 months after your last injection right? Because if you're being tested in september then you'd have to stop the eq in about a month in order for it to not show up, but you said you'll be on it for another 3ish months.
 
Im aware of the 5-6 month detection time. It's a slim chance I'm getting tested sometime end of September beginning of November. More likely in January though. Kind of a risk I weighed out
 
Week 2
Sunday 250 mg test e and 500 bold with drol and win at 20
Monday drol and win 20 mg
Am pt feeling sluggish. Little hotter out than I have been training in.
Pm strength training. Nothing notable
Tuesday am pt feels good
Pm 3k ruck run with 80lbs
Wednesday am pt was 10 mile patroll in full gear at a 10mile per hour trot pace
Pm is strength training. Still nothing notable
Thursday pt was easy
Pm 15 mile run. Could be all in my head but my chest started to burn towards the end more that I woukd have expected. Still too early for these sides though I think
Friday am pt was a nightmare. Really Hard training and I have no energy
Pm strength training feels ok. My energy is there
Sat and Sunday rest

Forgot to keep inputting win and drol 20mg daily

Nolva and clomid weeks 9-16? Im thinking thats a typo? If not you need to take those after you cycle
 
How are the joints feeling? Getting achy from the sdrol yet? And maybe for energy up your fats. I don't know how your diet is structured but that is usually a quick fix for a fast energy pick me up.
